I remember being fascinated with this particular scene when I watched the show, and thus delighted when the cel showed up. I think it was the map that got my attention (I'm a map junkie) and how well they managed to give the impression of a matching topographic map and computer screen even though it was obviously a "cartoon."

Unfortunately, one of the sketches is really, sincerely stuck to the bottom layer. And no surprise -- there's no background here, it's all paint!
